Raspberry Jalapeño Sausage Rolls


  • 1 lb pork sausage

  • 1 jar Raspberry Jalapeño Jam

  • 2 jalapeños, chopped

  • 1 box Puff Pastry (2 sheets)

  • 1 egg (for eggwash)

• Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set
• Add the sausage, 4 Tablespoons of jam, and chopped jalapeños to a medium
bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.
• Unwrap sheets of puff pastry and place on a floured surface.
• Cut puff pastry into strips, approximately 4” in width.
• Section the sausage mixture down the center of puff pastry strips.
• Fold pastry over and press seam to seal. Place on baking sheet.
• Beat egg in a small bowl and brush egg wash over puff pastry.
• Cut each roll into 6 equal pieces (about 2 inches).
• Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
• Dip finished sausage rolls into raspberry jalapeño jam.
