Ingredients:
1 Jar of Blueberry Bourbon Jam
1 whole sweet potato
Greek yogurt
Granola
Chia seeds
Honey
• Wash and scrub the skin of your sweet potato
• Preheat oven to 425 degrees and prep a baking sheet
• Prick sweet potato with a fork all around it and bake for about 45 minutes
• Let the sweet potato cool and then add on the toppings!
